One day while driving to work, I had an epiphany: I realized that I could help people prevent illness rather than treat it, and that is how Wellness Motivations was born. I became a certified health coach and then a fitness trainer, yoga, and tai-chi teacher. These disciplines have each taught me different approaches to health and well-being.
It took some time for me to make it all happen, but over the last few years, Wellness Motivations has evolved from a “diet” program to a “whole body” wellness program, stressing healthy eating, movement and sleep.
Everyone’s body is different, and no diet is effective for all people. My goal is to help you maintain the healthy eating habits which work with your unique lifestyle and choices.
Physical activity likewise means different things to different people. I will meet you where you are, work with you wherever you find yourself on your health journey, and guide you to increase your endurance, muscle and bone strength, flexibility, and balance.
If you are waking up tired or feel that you want to take a nap in the middle of the day, then you are not getting enough sleep. I will assist you in figuring out ways to increase the number of hours that you sleep and improve the quality of your sleep.
At Wellness Motivations, I will offer you on-going personal guidance and support to help you Eat Well, Move Well, Sleep Well, and Be Well!
